I have lived at the Seville for over a year and have had a good experience overall. All staff members have been helpful, kind, and efficient in response time. All maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The building is kept very clean… It’s a very comfortable place to live.

This was a great place to live in the heart of Logan Circle! Had all the nearby bars, coffee shops and restaurants I was looking for… The mgmt team hosted food trucks and happy hours to meet other residents and I loved my time here!
